The AHF pro-life club was titled by students who believe that the protection of human life at every stage is the single most critical issue of our time. Our special work is the elimination of the tragedy of abortion from our land of freedom. We promote this by prayer, distribution of information about abortion and alternatives to it, school assemblies, speakers, and an annual bus pilgrimage (with our diocese) to Washington, DC on the sad anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision that caused the widespread availability of abortion in our country. We sponsor pro-life highway billboards. Girls contribute to the designs. Students with parental permission also educate quietly by praying the Rosary in front of a local abortion clinic. We are currently collecting poems and lyrics for the production of a pro-life CD. Come contribute your unique ideas to this great cause and help restore total respect for life in the USA!
