The sole control and management of the Academy is entrusted to a Board of Directors (Executive Board) consisting of not more than five members of the sisters of
charity of Our Lady, Mother of the Church (Congregation).  The members of the Executive Board appoint the principal, who must be a member of the Congregation, and who is subject to the direction of the Executive Board.

The current Executive Board consists of the Superior General of the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady, Mother of the Church, and her Council:

The purpose of the Advisory Board of the Academy of the Holy Family is to assist the administration and the faculty in the management and operation of the Academy, by affording to the administrator and faculty the benefit of the experience, expertise and judgment of the Advisory Board as applied to the operation of the Academy.
