International students must submit a copy of their birth certificate and the forms listed under step one.. A letter will then be sent indicating either acceptance or non-acceptance.  If an acceptance letter is sent, an I-20 will be included so that the student may obtain her F-1 visa.

The paperwork listed above should be sent as soon as possible so that if all is in order the I-20 may be completed.

The following medical forms should not be completed before June 15th, so that such paperwork will be valid for the entire school year.

WHEN THE I-20 IS READY, PARENTS MUST WIRE NON-REFUNDABLE 8000 USD TO THE SCHOOL. THEN THE I-20 WILL BE FEDEXED TO THE PARENTS.

Every international student is required to use the medical insurance chosen by our school. Costs for 2011-2012 are 1640 USD for 12 months or 1490 USD for 10 months. To see some of the benefits, click here.
