PERMISSION TO VISIT OTHER STUDENTS’ HOMES

I give my permission for my daughter ___________________ to visit the home of another student on a weekend, during the week with special administrative permission, or during a vacation with the approval of the Administration of the school, and only after a written invitation of the host family.  This also grants permission for __________________ to visit friends or relatives of our family who may invite her to visit their home.  The names enclosed are the families who do not have students in the Academy of the Holy Family, but with whom ______________________ may visit:

The Academy of the Holy Family reserves the right to refuse to grant this permission if the Administration feels for any reason that it would not be in the best interest of the student to accept a specific invitation to visit the home of another student.

While this is a general permission, the parents will always be informed of the destination of their daughter and will be given the address and phone number of the hose family.
