Dear Parent/Guardian,
You have probably received multiple emails regarding the April vacation trip to Europe. Thank you so much for your patience. It was necessary for me to be sure there will be enough participants to warrant our moving ahead with the company handling everything.
Here is the brochure that includes both financial and insurance information. Parents are welcome to come. If you would like siblings to come a parent must also be present if the sibling is less than 18 years of age. Please not that if more than 26 send in their forms and checks then priority will be AHF students, then AHF parents and then siblings. Three to four spaces must be left open for school chaperones. There is a form for you to complete and to send in with a deposit check per person for $500 each. Please make the check out to the Academy of the Holy Family and have it in our office by November 1st.
After we have the names of individuals participating, you will receive a form from the school to sign as an agreement. This form will contain specifics about rules to be followed while on the trip. We will also have a meeting or two about the trip. At least one will include a representative from Casterbridge. Please be sure to sign this letter and send it in with your check and registration form from the Casterbirdge packet.

I, _______________________________, parent/guardian of _____________________________, acknowledge that another form will be forthcoming from the Academy of the Holy Family regarding rules to be followed during the trip to Paris and Rome. I and my daughter agree that we will abide by these forthcoming rules. We also understand that good behavior throughout the school year will be a determining factor as to whether my daughter will be allowed to participate in this trip.
