Dear Parent/Guardian,

Your child has been asked to attend the Academy of the Holy Family Dance on Friday, January 26, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., in Hanlon Hall (the Academy cafeteria).   To ensure a safe and pleasurable evening, please read the following guidelines and discuss them with your child.

SCHOOL IDS ARE REQUIRED.

No student will be allowed to leave before 9 p.m. unless a parent signs him/her out and picks him/her up.

Students must dress and dance modestly.

Students will be expected to abide by all Academy of the Holy Family behavioral guidelines.  Alcohol, drugs, "making out," dirty dancing, dancing deemed inappropriate by staff are all prohibited. Students must remain in Hanlon Hall.  Students who violate behavioral expectations will have their parents called to pick up their child.  Such students will not be allowed to attend another Academy of the Holy Family dance.

I have read the above information and guidelines for the Dance and give my child permission to attend.  I understand that my child must adhere to all dance guidelines and Academy of the Holy Family behavioral expectations.  Both my child and I agree to abide by all dance guidelines and Academy of the Holy Family behavioral expectations.
